Awaken Your Heart´s Light
Awaken Your Heart´s Light is about surrendering to the touch of light and high-frequency energy, opening the heart center, and remembering your core essence. Within each of us burns the light of the heart, ready to guide our journey with gentleness and wisdom. This light awaits activation and illumination, and to be consciously perceived.
During a Heart Light session, the heart center is drummed open and energy is channeled by three energy transmitters: Heidi Rintamäki, Sanna Mäkinen and Kaisu Huhtala. The energy healing is partly shared by the group and partly individualized for each participant.
The Heart Light healing concludes with a light-language blessing from the spirit world, which serves as an activation amplifier and a blessing for all participants in the group.
Awaken Your Heart´s Light is a session for groups of 6-10 persons per request. It can be arranged in any peaceful premises holding room for approx. 15 persons seated or lying on the floor. The rent of the premises is added to the price.

Mountain Energy Healing
Mountain Energy is a certain type of energy Kaisu channels from the Universe. It is a soft and gentle, earthy and harmonizing vibration from the highest source of Love. It has its own intelligence and knowledge of where to go and how to heal the target intended. Mountain Energy is 5th dimensional energy of the Golden Age.
This energy form has been named according to Tapolanvuori (Tapola mountain) by the lake Lappajärvi, where Kaisu spontaneously received the initiation of channeling this very energy in year 2023. Tapolanvuori is a high-vibrating mountain and energetic entity, and this energy was its gift to Kaisu, to be used to heal people.
In a Mountain Energy healing session customer lies on his/her back and Kaisu conveys the energy via the his/her feet to the energy system. (Also possible to remain in a sitting position, if desired.) The first part of the session is about cleansing the old, needless energies to make room for new ones. Mountain Energy works under the control of customer's Higher Self, who knows what to let go in that moment. The latter part is about receiving new, pure love energy into the system.
Mountain Energy is self-guided love energy with the aim of bringing balance and harmony to people. It affects comprehensively on physical, emotional, mind and spiritual levels.

Relax with the Shaman Drum
The shaman drum of Kaisu is named Rosie, due to its pink and green colors. Rosie the drum has been made with the intention of healing people, opening heart chakras and channeling love energy while drumming.
The Drum Relaxation session is at its best when lying on the roll mat with a pillow under the head and a blanket on top, to be able to relax the whole body. (Staying in a sitting position is also possible, if needed.)
The drumming sound makes the water in our cells to vibrate, harmonizing the cell functionality and metabolism. The mind is not interested in monotonous drumming, so it is easy to turn inside and have a meditative experience while letting the physical body totally relax.
Drum Relaxation sessions are arranged for groups per request. The session can be held anywhere inside or outside (considering the weather circumstances: the drum does not like humidity or frost).
